New chairman of Standard Insurance Board of Directors named

Baku. 7 November. REPORT.AZ/ A new chairman has been appointed to the Standard Insurance OJSC Board of Directors (BoD).

Report informs citing the company, the new head is Kamran Baghirov.

He has been working at the Standard Insurance since 2002, in the post of the BoD Deputy Chairman. In the new position, K.Baghirov substituted Aydin Rahmanov.

Notably, Standard Insurance has been acting since 2002. Its authorized capital is 11 mln AZN. The shares 100% owned by AB Standard CJSC.
