'Southern Gas Corridor' to issue bonds in February

Baku. 28 January. REPORT.AZ/ "Southern Gas Corridor" includes the placement of a bond issue in the international markets in February. Report informs Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said at today's press conference.

The Minister noted that this bond issue projected in the amount of 2 billion USD.

He said that those bonds could be guaranteed by the state: " outhern Gas Corridor " company already involved financial consultant. Managers selected for the issuance of the bonds. These are "Citi Bank", "UniCredit" and "JP Morgan".

Ministry of Economy owns 51% of shares in "Southern Gas Corridor", SOCAR - 49%.
