SOFAZ sees 5% decline in financial assets

As of January 1, the financial assets of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan stood at AZN 56,870,415,000, down 4.6% from the previous year, Report informs.

During the reporting period, AZN 12,276,695,000 of SOFAZ's financial assets (32.1% more than a year earlier) made up bonds of agencies / international organizations, AZN 17,158,399,000 (31.9% less) - corporate bonds, AZN 13,683,076,000 (10.1% more) - sovereign bonds, AZN 9,072,839,000 (more than 12.9%) - shares, AZN 1,348,519,000 (more than 49.5%) - private equity funds, AZN 3,239,097,000 (more than 24.2%) - real estate funds, AZN 91,790,000 (12.4 times less) - money market instruments.
