Shareholders of AGBank will meet

Report informs referring to the bank, the agenda of the meeting with the participation of all shareholders entitled to vote, includes the issues of increasing the authorized capital up to 100 mln AZN envisaged in the Charter of the changes, the approval of a special value transactions.
