Scope of problematic loans decreased in Zaminbank

Baku. 22 May. REPORT.AZ/ Assets of "Zaminbank" increased by 13.72% in comparison with the beginning of 2015 and reached 513.9 million manats as of April 1.

Report informs referring to the Bank, the bank's cash amounted to 4.5 million manats of which 1.8 million manats - foreign currency, 2.7 million manats - national currency.

The loan portfolio increased by 3.62% compared to the beginning of the year and rose up to 331.0 million manats as of April 1.12.74% or 42.2 million manats of the loan portfolio indicated in national currency, 87.26% or 288.8 million manats in foreign currency.

During the reporting period consumer loans increased by 28.17% and reached 219 million manats.

As of April 1 of this year, 12.7 million manats, or 3.84% of currency payment of bank's loan portfolio has expired. There was a decrease in the amount of problematic loans compared to the beginning of the year.As a result, the volume of problem loans decreased by 10.6% since the beginning of the year.

The volume of deposit portfolio increased by 133.3% from the beginning of the year and reached 101.3 million manats. 54.65% or 55.4 million manats of the deposit portfolio indicated in foreign currency, 45.4% or 45.9 million. manats in national currency.The volume of individuals' deposits amounted to 95.0 million manats, of which 40.6 million manats or 42.8% accounted for national, 54.4 million manats or 57.2% accounted for foreign currency.

As of April 1 this year the authorized capital of "Zaminbank" amounted to 52.2 million manats and 57.3 million manats, in total capital.
