Salary fund in Azerbaijan increases by 81% in 3 years

The salary fund in Azerbaijan increased by 81% in 2018-2020, Report informs, citing the country’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
According to the ministry, growth was 76% in the public sector and 87% in the private sector.
During the reporting period, the minimum wage in the country increased by 116% - up to 250 manats ($147.1), while the average salary grew by 66% and reached 343 manats ($201.8).
