Sahil Babayev: Over past 5 years, minimum wage in Azerbaijan increased 2.7 times

As part of large-scale social reforms implemented over the past five years, the minimum wage in Azerbaijan has increased by 2.7 times, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev said at the Dayag Award ceremony for entrepreneurs, Report informs.
The minister noted that during this period, the average wage increased by 80%, the median wage by 2.2 times, and the wage fund by 2.7 times.
