Russian MICEX index rose to a new record

Baku. 21 April. REPORT.AZ/ On the background of oil prices at above 46 USD / barrel and high dividend payments Russian MICEX index reached a record level.
Report informs citing the RBK agency, MICEX index on the eve of the 2008 crisis, on December 12, 2007 increased to section 1970.46 points. "Rusal","Aeroflot","Surgutneftegaz","Gazprom" and "Sberbank" were leading shares in rise of the index.
The shares are presented in dollar equivalent calculation results of the RTS index rose by 1.88% on April 21 and reached 960.7 points, considered to be the highest since June 24, 2015.
In Russia, the rate of increase in oil prices has affected the dollar. So this morning at USD rate fell to 64 RUB/USD.
