Revan Insurance to be abolished

Revan Insurance OJSC will hold a shareholder meeting on August 10 at F. Kh. Khoyski str. 40, Narimanov district, Baku.
Report informs that the meeting agenda includes the abolishment of the OJSC voluntarily, appeal to Central Bank of Azerbaijan to revoke the license, establish liquidating Commission, and abolish the Ganja branch.
