Recognition of tax benefits for IPO share emitters to be considered

The Working Group on Financial Markets Development and Accessibility of Loans of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings will hold the next meeting on November 25 at 3:00 pm (GMT +4), Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

The meeting is will be held via the Webex online platform.

The meeting will review the infrastructure and regulatory framework for simplifying the issuance procedures, consider the possibility of recognizing tax benefits for issuers by issuing shares through an initial public offering (IPO), ways of bettering the regulatory framework to improve the health and stability of the insurance market, as well as increasing financial literacy and raising insurance awareness issues.
