Problem loans in Azerbaijan decrease by about 20%

As of January 1, the amount of overdue loans in Azerbaijan reached 719,400 manats, a drop of 8.5% from December 1, according to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

Report informs that problem loans in the country decreased by 19.45% over the past year.

At the end of December, the share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio was 4.2%. This ratio was 4.7% at the end of November and 6.1% at the end of the previous year.
