Presidential decree exempts interest incomes from bank deposits for 3 years

Baku. 1 March. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a law on amendments to the Tax Code.

Report informs, in accordance with the document of amendments, on February 1, 2016 annual interest incomes paid on deposits of natural persons, as well as dividends on investment securities paid by the issuer, discount (difference occurred as a result of the placement of bonds down the nominal value), and interest income are exempt from income tax for 3 yearsş
