Owner of a non-banking credit organization in Azerbaijan changes

Baku. 1 November. REPORT.AZ/ Emil Mahammad Mammadov, 100% shareholder of "Pro Kredit" non-banking credit organization (NBCO), has sold his share to 2 physical persons.

Chairman of NBCO Board of Directors, Ramil Mammadov told Report.

However, he did not disclose names of new shareholders of the organization: "I can only state that the NBCO's 500 shares at par value of 1 000 AZN each were equally distributed among these persons."

Notably, Pro Kredit OJSC was established in 2011.
