Number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan rises 2%

As of April 1, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan stood at 724,400, up 1.7% from the beginning of the year, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

According to the information, the number of active VAT payers increased by 3.9% to 41,500 in January-March.

Within three months, the number of active facilities (enterprises) went up by 1.2% to 191,500.
