Number of active taxpayers exceeds 705,000 in Azerbaijan

As of November 1 this year, the number of active taxpayers increased by 6% compared to the beginning of the year and reached 705,061 people, Report informs referring to the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Of these, 38,739 people are value added tax (VAT) payers, which is 11.7% more than at the beginning of the year.

During the reporting period, the number of active objects (economic entities) increased by 3.1%, to 188,961.
