Baku. 7 June. REPORT.AZ/ Supervisory Board (SB) of “Nikoil Bank” OJSC has been changed.

Report informs, 3 members of the Supervisory Board dismissed.

These are Alexei Sazonov, Roman Novikov and Pavel Sukhoruchkin. Only Nikoloz Enukidze was elected to the post. As a result, number of the Board members reduced to 3 from 5.

Notably, "Nikoil Bank" OJSC was established in 2002, on the base of "Ülpər" commercial bank operating since 1994. Its authorized capital is 184.5 million AZN. The bank's main shareholder is "Topaz Investments" CJSC with a share of 91.84%.
