New composition of 'Bank Respublika' Supervisory Board to be confirmed next month

Baku. 15 March. REPORT.AZ/ Next meeting of the shareholders of 'Bank Respublika' OJSC will be held on April 18. The meeting will be organized in the bank's head office in Baku at 15:00 p.m.

Report informs, in accordance with the notice published on the bank's official newspaper, results of 2015 external audit, approval of dividend policy at the OJSC, new composition of the supervisory board entered into the agenda of the meeting.

Notably, at present, composition of 'Bank Respublika' Supervisory Board consists of Chairman Elchin Guliyev and members Asaf Namazov, Nail Shahverdiyev, Stefan Karsten and Irina Schmidt.
