New appointments made in governance of Dekabank

Baku. 19 July. REPORT.AZ/ Two new Board members elected by a decision of the Supervisory Board of Dekabank. Report was told in the bank.

According to the information, one of the new members is Abdullayev Eljan Sohrab, who came to work in Dekabank from another bank. He is also chairing the Customer Service Department.

At the same time, Director of General Affairs and Maintenance Department of Dekabank Safarov Adil Beyler submitted to the Board about three months ago, newly confirmed in his post.

Currently Chairman of the Board of the bank is Aliyev Ismayil Araz. He was appointed to this position at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Dekabank.on May 23,2016.

Notably, Dekabank operates since 1992. The bank's authorized capital is 52,767 mln. AZN. This sum is formed from the nominal value of 47 970 shares at 1100 AZN each.
