Namig Khalilov: Devaluation had no affect on insurance agencies in Azerbaijan

Report informs, it was stated by the Chief of State Insurance Control Service Namig Khalilov: "Because commitments, payments, insurance reserves of insurance companies are in manats therefore it is not a subject to the risk"

"Assets as liabilities are denominated in manats. Therefore, we do not see much impact of devaluation, "- said the head of State Insurance Control Service, noting that there is a change in the content of the complaints. " If earlier complaints were related to non-payment of insurance compensation, but now they are mainly related with the amount of compensation". said N. Khalilov.
