Muganbank soars authorized capital by 10 mln AZN

Baku. 30 October. REPORT.AZ/ An extraordinary general meeting of Muganbank OJSC shareholders was held on October 23.

According to information, in the meeting, it was decided to increase Muganbank's authorized capital by 10 mln AZN or 13.3% to 85 mln AZN. Capital increase will be made by issuing new shares in circulation.

Notably, Muganbank was established in 1992 year. 63.5% of its shares belong to Elmir Magbet Mehdiyev (Chairman of the bank's Supervisory Board), 13.1% to Magbet Rahim Mehdiyev, 12.05% to Vafa Ahmad Valiyeva, 11.35% to Farida Jahandar Mehdiyeva.
