"Mugan Bank" increases its authorized capital by 10%

Baku. 17 August. REPORT.AZ/ The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary shares of "Mugan Bank" JSC. Report was told by the Committee.

According to the report, 25 thousand ordinary shares ( value of each share is 200 manats) which will be deployed by public subscription, were registered with the registration number AZ1001005466.

As the result of the deployment of an additional issue of shares, the authorized capital of "Mugan Bank" will increase by 10% and reach 55 million manats.
