More than AZN 200,000 VAT repaid so far

The mechanism of repayment of a part of VAT for goods bought in trade and catering facilities is working successfully. 264,000 people have registered in a portal (www.edvgerial.az), an information system registering consumers for repayment of VAT. Of this, 194.711 or 74% have entered the data of their cashier's checks the system via e-cabinet, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Data on more than 2.9 million cashier's checks have been registered on the www.edvgerial.az portal. The amount of VAT to be repaid on these checks is AZN 1.7 million. Of this, AZN 207,800 has already been repaid.
