Money transfers from Azerbaijan to Ukraine decreased by 14%

Baku. 16 May. REPORT.AZ/ In 2016, money transfers from Azerbaijan to Ukraine decreased by 14%. 

Report informs referring to report of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Ukrainians transferred a total of $ 5.4 bln to the country from abroad in 2016. This amount is 5.8% of GDP and 5.3% higher than the previous year.

According to report, besides Azerbaijan, monetary receipts to Ukraine from Russia, China and Canada decreased.

At the same time, amounts of transfers from Poland, Israel, Turkey and the Marshall Islands substantially increased.
