Ministry of Taxes appeals to entrepreneurs

Baku. 11 December. REPORT.AZ/ As of January 1, 2018, all the taxpayers regardless of their status are required to submit electronic invoice while delivering goods (works, services) for entrepreneurship purpose.

Report informs, says a statement of the Ministry of Taxes addressed to taxpayers.

It declares that the rules of electronic delivery note application, registration and use is determined by decision of Cabinet Ministers approved on March 14, 2017.

Once e-delivery note is signed it is sent in an offline mode by means of e-signature (including “Asan imza”) of Internet Tax Department of Ministry of Taxes to the buyer of goods, services or works.
