Minister: “Azerbaijan’s GDP will exceed $50 billion this year”

“At the end of 2021, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Azerbaijan is forecasted to exceed $50 billion,” Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said at the Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey business forum in Baku.
“According to the results of 11 months of this year, the GDP growth rate was 5.3%, including 6.4% in the non-oil sector. The exports of non-oil products increased by 44%. We expect this growth to remain unchanged by the end of the year.”
