Investments in financial sector increased in Azerbaijan

Baku. 16 June. REPORT.AZ/ In Azerbaijan, investment in the financial sector during January-May 2018, has made 3.5 million AZN.

Report informs referring to State Statistical Committee, this is 4.4 times more compared to the same period last year.

Thus, 0.1% of investment to the country economy is related to financial and insurance activities.

Notably, in January-May 2018, 5,280.8 million AZN or 10.5% less than in the corresponding period of the previous year were allocated from all financial sources for the development of the country's economic and social spheres.
