Investment company to purchase "Pro Kredit" bonds named

Baku. 8 November. REPORT.AZ/ The AzFinance Investment Company CJSC may purchase dollar bonds of the "Pro Kredit" OJSC Non-Banking Credit Institution (NBCI), which planned for close placement.

Chairman of the AzFinance Managing Board, Abid Mammadov told Report.

"We plan to buy "Pro Kredit" bonds," A.Mammadov added. However, he didn't give any information on date of investing and the measures to be taken regarding the securities.

Notably, the Financial Markets Supervision Chamber has registered issue prospectus of "Pro Kredit" OJSC bonds last month. The emission envisages issue of 300 ordinary interest-bearing, unsecured bonds at par value of 1 000 USD. The securities turnover period is 24 months and annual yield 8%.
