"International Insurance Company" OJSC transfers obligations to "Gunay Insurance"

Baku. 29 March. REPORT.AZ/ Valid insurance contracts, made by the "International Insurance Company" (IIC) OJSC, which is in the process of liquidation, will be transferred to the "Gunay Insurance" OJSC.

Report informs, official media writes quoting the IIC Liquidation Commission.

According to information, insured persons may contact the company's office at IIC Building, Jafar Jabbarli street, 40C, Nasimi district, Baku city.

Notably, extraordinary general meeting of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBAR) OJSC, held on October 12, 2016 adopted a decision to terminate activity of the IIC, subsidiary of the bank, as the company's financial performance not satisfied the founder.
