Interest income of Expressbank increased by 12%

Baku. 6 November. REPORT.AZ/ Expressbank OJSC profit for January-September of this year amounted to 3.6 mln. manat, which is 50% less than in the corresponding period of last year.

Report informs referring to the bank, during the reporting period the bank's earnings increased by 13.8% to $ 40.5 million manats. Interest income of the bank grew by 13.4% to 32.9 million manats, non-interest income by 15.6%, amounting to 7.5 mln. manats.

During this period, expenses increased by 30.1% to 36.9 mln. AZN. Interest expenses increased by 17.2% and amounted to 7.4 mln. manats, non-interest expenses by 32.4% to $ 28.4 million manats.

Thus, for the first 9 months of this year, interest income of Expressbank amounted to 25.5 million manats, which is 12.4% more in comparison with the same period of last year. Non-interest loss of the bank increased by 39.7% to 20.9 million manats.
