Incomings of International Insurance Company sharply reduced

Baku. 30 March. REPORT.AZ/ Total insurance premiums of the International Insurance Company (IIC) in 2015 made 11 240,2 thousand manats. 11 073,9 thousand manats of this figure accounted for direct insurance, 166,3 thousand manats for reinsurance.

Report informs, in comparison with 2014, total premiums decreased by 34,3%.

Compared to previous year, in 2015, premiums of the company on direct insurance decreased by 34,2% as well as 39,3% on reinsurance.

During the reporting year, the IIC issued 4 138,6 thousand manats of insurance payment to its clients. It is 19,3% less in comparison with 2014 figures.

Last year net profit of the company increased 2,4-fold or 660,2 thousand manats compared to 2014 and 1 118,7 thousand manats.

Notably, the International Insurance Company, which has been founded by the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBAR), provides services to its customers on 32 types of insurance.
