IMF committed to supporting Azerbaijan’s development and climate goals, says managing director

Kristalina Georgieva, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), met with Azerbaijan’s Finance Minister, Samir Sharifov, Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Taleh Kazimov, and the President-Designate of COP29, Mukhtar Babayev, Report informs.
“We are committed to supporting Azerbaijan’s development and climate goals and working toward a successful COP29 in Baku in November,” the Managing Director wrote on X.
