IBA-Moscow doubles charter capital

Baku. 29 March. REPORT.AZ/ Russian subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan - IBA-Moscow will increase its charter capital to 2.053 billion rubles. The decision was made by the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA).
Report informs referring to the bank, the bank's authorized capital will be increased through additional investments of IBA in a specified volume. The payment of additional funds will be made in US dollars within 6 months after the decision.
Notably, the authorized capital of IBA-Moscow is approximately 2,110 bln. rubles. Due to the volume of the additional issue the authorized capital will reach 4.2 bln.rubles.
