IBA decides to pay dividends to shareholders - EXCLUSIVE

International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has today held a shareholder meeting, Report informs.
At the meeting, the bank decided to pay dividends to shareholders after the ten-year interval. The amount of the dividend is set at 12.1% of nominal value of the shares. AZN 150 million is decided to be paid to shareholders from previous year’s benefit (AZN 0.0326 per share).
Moreover, it was decided to establish a subsidiary with the authorized capital of AZN 300,000.
