Holcim Azerbaijan’s shareholders won’t receive dividends this year either

Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC has today held an annual general meeting of the shareholders, Report informs.

It was noted at the meeting that the company ended 2018 on AZN 8 million in net profit.

However, the shareholders will not receive dividends this year either. Because the profit will be directed to elimination of damages of 2015 devaluation, in other words, increase of the company's capital.

Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC was established in 2000 and is the largest cement producer in the country. The authorized capital is AZN 31,812,880. 86% of shares is owned by Swiss Lafarge Holcim and Holcim Auslandbeteiligungs GmbH., 14% by individuals.
