"Gunay Sigorta" appoints a new chairman

Baku. 8 February. REPORT.AZ/ “Gunay Sigorta” OJSC has elected new chairman to Board of Directors. 

Report was informed in the company, Vugar Babakishiyev has been appointed to this position.

Earlier he acted as director of International Relations and Reinsurance Department of Azerbaijan State Insurance Commercial Company (Azsigorta). V. Babakishiyev replaced Gambar Suvanverdiyev in this position.

Notably, “Gunay Sigorta” was founded in 1992. Its authorized stock capital is 7.7 mln AZN. 71.94% of company’s shares belong to Yegana Mammad gizi Shirinova, 16.61% to “Gunaybank” OJSC, 11.45% to Khanim Nadir gizi Mammadova.
