Georgia’s debt to Azerbaijan declines

As of January 1, 2020, Georgia’s debt to Azerbaijan made up $6.699 million, down $175,000 from the previous month, Report’s Georgian bureau informs citing Finance Ministry.

By contrast to a month earlier, Georgia’s total external public debt increased $347,436 to $5,740,266,000. Government accounts for $5,491,358,000 of this amount.

Georgia’s debt to Germany, France, and Japan amounted to $375.361 million, $330.949 million, and $212.284 million, respectively.

Georgia’s debt to Turkey, Russia, and Armenia slightly dropped to $12.901 million, $51.356 million, and $7.132 million, respectively.
