'Gala Life Insurance' increases authorized capital

Baku. 15 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Financial Markets Supervision Chamber (FMSC) has registered issue of shares of the "Gala Life Insurance" OJSC under No.AZ1006008226.
Report informs citing the Chamber.
According to information, considers issue of 1000 new shares planned at nominal value of 2 860 AZN each. Private placement of the shares will be carried out.
Is the issue is successful, authorized capital of the "Gala Life Insurance" will increase by 2.86 mln AZN or 28.57% and reach 12.87 mln AZN.
