Gala Insurance to discuss capital investment

Gala Insurance will hold an extraordinary shareholder meeting on July 9.
The issue of investing in the authorized capital of other legal entities by Gala Insurance will be discussed at the meeting.
Gala Insurance was established on the basis of Chartis Azerbaijan, which had operated since 1999. The authorized capital is AZN 8.05 million.
