'Gala Insurance' OJSC increases authorized capital

Baku. 20 December. REPORT.AZ/ "Gala Insurance" OJSC increased authorized capital by 18.62% or 1 263,5 thousand AZN and reached 8.05 mln AZN. Report informs referring to the Ministry of Taxes.
Nominal value of the company's outstanding share capital in the amount of 350 mln AZN increased by 3.61 AZN and reached 23 AZN.
Notably, 'Gala Insurance' based on the company Chartis Azerbaijan, operating since 1999. 100% of the shares owned by JSC AzRe Reinsurance.
