"Gala Hayat Sigorta” changes top management

Baku. 14 Novemner. REPORT.AZ/ Acting chairman of Board of Directors (BD) of “Gala Hayat Sigorta” OJSC Nijat Huseynov resigned.
Report was told in company.
According to information, “Gala Hayat Sigorta” BD member (and head of sales department) Azer Huseynov temporarily heads the company.
Notably, “Gala Hayat Sigorta” was founded in 2008. Its authorized capital is AZN 10.01 million.
88.57% percent of company’s shares owned by “AzRe Tekrarsigorta” Ltd., just 11.43% by Nizami Mammad oglu Mahmudov.
