Finex Kredit OJSC increases authorized capital

Baku. 10 November. REPORT.AZ/ Finex Kredit OJSC non-banking credit institution (NBCI) will increase its authorized capital by 200,000 AZN or 33.3% to 800,000 AZN by the end of this year.
Report informs citing the NBCI.
According to information, Finance Leasing OJSC, main shareholder of Finex Kredit, will not participate in capital increase. As a result, the leasing company's share in the NBCI's authorized capital will drop to 55% from current 73.33%.
Instead, shares of two other shareholders - Sevda Jabrayil Ibrahimova and Mobil Famil Sharifov, who control 14.9% and 11.77% shares of Finex Kredit respectively will rise to 45%.
Notably, Finex Kredit was established in 2013 and is included in Finex Group together with its key shareholder.
