'Finex Kredit' authorized capital may change

Baku. 12 April. REPORT.AZ/ On May 12 at 12:00, “Finex Kredit” OJSC non-bank credit institution (NBCI) will hold an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders.
Report informs citing official media.
According to information, the agenda includes change of the company's authorized capital and other issues.
Notably, "Finex Kredit” was established in 2013, included in “Finex Group”. Currently, its authorized capital is 600 000 AZN. 73.3% of the NBCI shares owned by “Finance Leasing” OJSC, 14.4% by Sevda Jabrayil Ibrahimova, 12.3% by Mobil Famil Sharifov (10% shareholder of “Finance Leasing”).
