Finance minister reveals details of changes to state budget of Azerbaijan

To fulfill the tasks facing the country, following the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, it became necessary to make changes to the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2023, Azerbaijani Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said, Report informs.

“The President outlined the main directions in his speech. They are associated with the rapid financing of projects implemented under the Great Return program, as well as with strengthening the country's defense capability. This requires additional funds. Therefore, it is planned to revise the budget. In addition, other issues will also be reflected in the changes,” the minister said.
