Expenditures of Azerbaijani population to pay off interests on loans up by 22%

Baku. 14 July. REPORT.AZ/ In January-June 2016, the Azerbaijani population have spent 580.335 million AZN on repayment of interests on loans. According to calculations of the Analytical Group of Report News Agency on the basis of data provided by the State Statistical Committee, this makes 2.7% of total income of the population.

Thus, the proportion of funds spent by the population for payment of interest on loans increased. In the annual comparison, it means growth by 22.1%, due to an increase in the US-dollar rate.

Notably, in the same period last year the population spent on these purposes 475 million AZN or 2.4% of their income.
