"ƏLA" service center of International Bank of Azerbaijan changes location

Baku. 27 November. REPORT.AZ/ The service center of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, opened under the brand "ƏLA - Ən Lazımi Anda" ("Excellent - at the right time") started to operate at the head office of bank: Baku city, Nasimi district, Nizami street 67.

Report informs referring to IBA press service, the center equipped with modern technical solutions carries out necessary bank transactions helping customers to set up video connections with Bank’s employee.

One of the innovations of the center was an automated system of deposit boxes.

The following banking operations can be performed in the ƏLA center:

- Within a few minutes you can get a ƏLA debit card and define a password for the card;

- Get a loan by sending an SMS to a short number 8937;

- Without the participation of bank employees, it is possible to safely and without loss of information store precious items in deposit cells for storage or to withdraw in the reverse order.

In near future, the Bank plans to increase the number of ƏLA service centers.
