EBRD allocates 28 mln EUR to Azerbaijan in December

Baku. 20 February. REPORT.AZ/ Total amount of the funds, allocated for Azerbaijan by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) so far increased by 28 mln EUR or 1.06% in December 2016 and reached 2 660 mln EUR in January 1, 2017.

Report informs, also, number of the projects financed by the Bank in Azerbaijan increased to 161 from 160. In the structure, share of the private sector decreased by 2 percentage points and made 52%.

According to information, amount of Azerbaijan's payment to the Bank grew by 33 mln EUR or 1.76% and amounted 1 906 mln EUR.

EBRD operating assets in Azerbaijan fell by 40 mln EUR or 6.38% and made 587 mln EUR.

Current portfolio of projects funded in the country decreased by 46 mln EUR or 4.55%. and was equal to 966 mln EUR.

Notably, number of EBRD's active projects in Azerbaijan down by 1. Currently, the Bank has a portfolio of 56 active projects in the country.
