Demand exceeds supply 2.4-fold in deposit auction

Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has today held the next deposit auction.

Report informs citing the Bank that the demand at the auction was AZN 480.3 million, which is AZN 280.3 million or 2.4-fold more than supply.

The average weighted interest rate on the deposit deals closed as a result of the auction was 6.76%.
