Currency reserves in Azerbaijan annually grew 11%

Baku. 8 February. REPORT.AZ/ Total volume of currency reserves in Azerbaijan amounted to $ 41 141,1 mln as of January 1, 2018.

Report informs, 87,03% or $ 35 806,5 mln accounted for the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) and 12,97% or $ 5 334,6 mln for Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

In the Q4 2017, currency reserves decreased by $ 46,4 mln or 0,11%. SOFAZ's reserves decreased by $ 213,5 mln or 0,59%, while in the CBA's reserves increased by $ 167,1 mln or 3,23%.

During a year, total currency reserves increased by $ 4 019,7 mln or 10,83%. During this year, SOFAZ's currency reserves increased by $ 2 659,5 mln or 8,02%,  the Central Bank's reserves increased by $ 1 360,2 mln or 34,22%.
