Collections of 'Gunay Insurance' up by 33-fold

Baku. 13 January. REPORT.AZ/ In 2016, collections of "Gunay Insurance" OJSC made 2 453 648 AZN.

Report informs citing the company, this figure is more by 32.83-fold compared to 2015.

On June 30ç 2016, "Gunay Insurance" has bought 1 839 919 AZN assets of "Buta Insurance" OJSC, which is currently in the process of liquidation. Sharp increase in revenues is due to this fact.

During the reporting period, payments of "Gunay Insurance" also have grown. Thus, the company paid 264 014 AZN during the year, which is more by 2.72-fold in annual comparison.

Last year, "Gunay Insurance" repaid only 10.01 AZN of each 100 AZN insurance premiums to its customers in regard with the mentioned reason. This ratio made 120.94% in 2015. Namely, in the previous year, the company's payments were more by 20.94% than its collections.

Notably, "Gunay Insurance" was established in 1992. Its authorized capital is 7.7 million AZN. This amount was formed based on 7 700 shares with 1 000 AZN par value. 71.94% of the shares owned by Yegana Mammad Shirinova, 16.61% "Gunaybank" OJSC, 11,45% by Khanim Nadir Mammadova.
