Central bank postpones date of announcing interest rate decision

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has postponed the date of announcing the next decision on the interest rate from October 30 to November 1.
Report informs citing the CBA that the reason for changing the date is related to the participation of a delegation led by CBA Chairman Taleh Kazimov in the annual meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
In this regard, the Central Bank's press release on interest rate parameters will be published on November 1 at 10:00, and at 11:00, Kazimov will have a press conference.
